Fix for Version 3.7.117 in the works

A lot of users are experiencing problems with the latest version 3.7.117 of NMT Remote.

There have been changes in the firmware of the pch so if you are experiencing any problems please state your problem with model and firmware number. (e.g. A-200, 03-04-120807-POP-411-000)

Also a fix will be issued for the orientation problem for the iPad.

    Many thanks for the "Fix for Version 3.7.117 in the works", it'll be welcomed !

    For my A-110, I have the latest firmware available on the site :
    01-17-110314-15-POP-403-000
    (Kernel Version 15-POP)

    With the previous A-110 firmware version, actual NMT Remote version was also not ok (same problem as the actual A-110 firmware version).

    Dear All,

    As other users already mentioned, the new version of this app NMT Remote downloaded from the Appstore (3.7.117) dated 4th December does not work for my PCH 110 (with latest firmware).

    The previous version (and all previous versions before) were just fine !

    This latest version of December 4th connects ok to my PCH 110 on the network (named PCH 100), but not showing the Media folder containing my music (Music), or my videos (Video) etc..

    The only directories of the PCH Harddisk which are “viewed” by the App are :

    Bin, dev, etc, home, mnt, modules, opt, proc,
    root, sbin, share-thumbails, sys, tmp, upnp, usr, var (and all the subdirectories under these ones, I can navigate in them).

    And the App runs only in Portrait mode, with a bit of the folder icons “cut” on the left side of the screen.

    Please, fix this App, or replace the actual non working version by the previous one which was entirely ok for my personal use.

    Mainly my use is :
    List my medias on the iPad3, browse to the different music folders, choose a song, and launch it, it reads all the album, and it was ok, with no need to switch on the TV and using the PCH hardware remote to navigate on the TV screen.

    Many thanks for fixing this NMT Remote App quickly.

    Hi,
    just updated my nmt remote but still not working. (Facing this for quite a few releases now).
    Are you still supporting NMT A100/A110?
    Besides this I use an iPhone5/iOS6.

    Bugs:
    - chose sources in action bar, click on HARD_DISC
    => app closes
    - can switch to shout cast but cant shose a category (favorites, all genre, etc) => starts loading and then closes app
    - some more bugs

      Firmware for the A100/A110 has stopped development so there no reason for me to stop supporting it.

      Last update, added support for changes in the A200 series but a nasty bug has caused alot of problems.

      I will upload the updated app until tomorrow for approval. In the meantime try to add a network source (even if you haven't any) and see it the app still crashes.

    Hi,

    I have always been delighted with NMT Remote, excellent app, thank you. I recently changed me A-200 for an A-300 and I suspect I have unfortunately coincided with the issues you are currently having as I only got it attached to the network today. I am using an iPad2 with IOS6 (latest firmware). I have also updated the A-300 to the latest firmware.

    The problems I have are:-

    1. screen orientation does not work correctly
    2. The screen appears to be over-sized for the ipad so it looks as if it is 'clipping' a small amount from the sides.
    3. Media shows the contents of the one of the other disks, not the media disk (so I cant correctly either music or video)
    4. Source correctly shows the internal media disk and an attached USB drive but if I select either the app closes
    5. The app randomly closes

    Hi,

    I just installed and bought the app but it doesn't work.
    I can connect with the popcorn but I don't so media en when I choose my sources and click on it the app crashes.

    Model A110 01-17-110314-15pop-403-000 Kernel 15-pop
    I use the app on Iphone 5 with IOS 6

    HELP, i Hope the update will fix the problem
