  1. Hello Theodoros,

I installed and used the app succesfully the first time.
However, now after I connect succesfully, I cannot see or select any "Local sources" anymore and also do not see anything in the "Media" screen. The only thing I can do is start a Playlist that I created earlier. Any idea what the problem may be?

    thanks,
    Alain

  2. Hello,

    Which device are you using?

Does the refresh button from local sources show anything?

Can you try to delete the app from the taskbar and lauch again.

  4. I am having the same problem as Alain. My device is an iphone 4, running OS 5.1.1.. The app does not discover anything the "Media" screen. In the "Sources" screen, there is no network sources discovered either. Only the local source is discovered but clicking on it, the app just crashes.
A fix would be much appreciated

  5. Hello,

I just updated (on my iPad) to the latest release. The app now has become unusable:
    - crashes when I select the SATA disk
    - I get a long list of system folders

So I can no longer select the right files to play.
    Please fix!

    Alain

  6. Also, like others report, the auto-rotate no longer works.
As a result, only half of the Remote is visible, as it's stuck in Portrait mode, but the Remote is still in Landscape mode.

    2. I have the A-210 (in the network it says PCH-A200).

PS, compared to the last version, the SATA disk now always shows up, so that is solved. HOwever it now crashes when I select it, which it did not do before.

  9. Dear All,

As other users already mentioned, the new version of this app NMT Remote downloaded from the Appstore (3.7.117) dated 4th December does not work for my PCH 110 (with latest firmware).

The previous version (and all previous versions before) were just fine !

This latest version of December 4th connects ok to my PCH 110 on the network (named PCH 100), but not showing the Media folder containing my music (Music), or my videos (Video) etc..

The only directories of the PCH Harddisk which are “viewed” by the App are :

Bin, dev, etc, home, mnt, modules, opt, proc,
root, sbin, share-thumbails, sys, tmp, upnp, usr, var (and all the subdirectories under these ones, I can navigate in them).

And the App runs only in Portrait mode, with a bit of the folder icons “cut” on the left side of the screen.

Please, fix this App, or replace the actual non working version by the previous one which was entirely ok for my personal use.

    Mainly my use is :
List my medias on the iPad3, browse to the different music folders, choose a song, and launch it, it reads all the album, and it was ok, with no need to switch on the TV and using the PCH hardware remote to navigate on the TV screen.

Many thanks for fixing this NMT Remote App quickly.

    Dan

  10. Hello,
Since I bought this product several months ago, I can't use it for the purpose I bought it, namely - to select music to play through 'Sources' (without need to open my TV). The application crashes.
(I did not update my PCH-A200 to the latest firmware for I fear it is not recommended, having read many issues with it).
    Your urgent assistance is appreciated.
    Thank you.

    1. Hello,
The new firmware of PCH-200 broke compatibility with NMT.

An updated version was needed, but also retain complatiblity with older firmware versions for users that didn't update.

I have upgraded my pch-200 in order to make the new firmware work, and i am trying to resolve this problem.

Also iOS 6 has broken compatibility with orientation (on the ipad) so i'm working on a fix for both these issues.

  12. (sending as new since Reply doesn't work)
Thank you for your mail, Teo, but I don't understand.
Are you saying that newest PCH-200 firmware is a must? Is that THE problem?
To be honest, I doubt, since I encounter same problem for long, also with your previous version.
If you can guide me from where to collect crash logs from iPhone, and you send me your email address, I would be happy to send you the crash logs.
    Thanks!

    1. Hi,

no, the new pch-200 is not a must since the lastest nmt remote update works accordingly with the old or new firmware.

The problem is that i have updated my pch-200 and i have first see how i can downgrade it to the older version so i can test it.
